Rasp
A coarse file, used mainly on wood, having separate conical teeth.
Egg Beater Drill
A drill that is spun using a
hand-turned crank.
Mini Hacksaw
A smaller version of a regular hacksaw, which is a c-shaped handle with a replaceable blade.
Vise
Any of various devices, usually having two jaws that may be brought together or separated by means of a screw, lever used to hold an object firmly while work is being done on it.
Surform
A tool featuring perforated sheet metal and resembles a food grater.
Hammer
A tool consisting of a solid head, usually of metal, set crosswise on a handle, used for beating metals, driving nails, etc.
Awl
A pointed instrument for piercing small holes in leather, wood, etc.
Saw
A tool or device for cutting, typically a thin blade of metal with a series of sharp teeth.
Sanding Pad
A hand-held block that consists of strong paper coated with a layer of sand or other abrasive, used for smoothing or polishing.
C-Clamp
A C-shaped clamp having a screw that is threaded through one tip in the direction of the other tip.
Screwdriver
A hand tool for turning a screw, consisting of a handle attached to a long, narrow shank, usually of metal, which tapers and flattens out to a tip fitting into the slotted head of a screw.
Center Punch
A punch for making shallow indentations in metal or wood work, as to center drill bits.
Ruler
A strip of wood, metal, or other material having a straight edge and usually marked off in inches or centimeters, used for drawing lines, measuring, etc.
Try-Square
A device for testing the squareness of carpentry work or the like, or for laying out right angles, consisting of a pair of straightedges fixed at right angles to one another.
